CFO, Secretary & Director

Mr. Tony (Anton J.) Drescher is founder and Chief Financial Officer of Oculus VisionTech Inc. He has also been a director and President of International Tower Hill Mines Limited, a public British Columbia company listed on the TSX since February 2003; a director of Dorato Resources Inc. (formerly Quest Ventures Inc.), a public company listed on the TSX since 1996 and President and CEO since December 1994; a director of Landmark Minerals Inc., a public company listed on the TSX since February 2003; and a director and President of Waymar Resources Ltd. since June 2005. He was formerly a director and Secretary/Treasurer of Amanta Resources Inc., a public company listed for trading on the TSX from 1997 to September 2004. Mr. Drescher has been President and sole director of Westpoint Management Consultants Limited, a private company engaged in consulting and accounting for business reorganizations since 1979; and President and sole director of Harbour Pacific Capital Corp., a private British Columbia company involved in regulatory filings for businesses in Canada since 1998. Mr. Drescher has been a Certified Management Accountant since 1981.

President, CEO & Director

Mr. Rowland Perkins is the founder of ebackup Inc. (est. 2001); a digital cloud data service provider specializing in Offsite Data Backup, Remote Data Storage, Cloud Service Offerings (Private And Public), Data Centre Management and Co-Location, DR Planning & Business Continuity, Project Management and Consulting Services.

In addition, Mr. Perkins is a Director of several publicly traded companies; he has served as a director of USA Video Interactive Corporation since January 2005, Strikepoint Gold since 2011, Dorato Resources since 2011, Corvus Gold Inc. since 2010 and was a former Director of International Tower Hill Mines from 2005 to 2010. Mr. Perkins is a graduate of the University of Manitoba (Economics).


Mr. Tom Perovic holds a B. Sci. in Electronics Engineering since 1979 and Master of Sci. in Electronics Engineering (Digital Image/Video Processing) since 1983. Since 2003 he has been a Magna International Inc Executive. Magna is currently the worlds third largest automotive components supplier. Mr. Perovic currently serves as a General Manager of the Toronto based division of Magna Electronics, responsible for creating and delivering strategic new, mission-critical technologies for the automotive industry worldwide. He runs strategic research, development, and pre-production mission-critical stages for car safety and driver assistance technologies. He has been actively working with major global automotive OEMs. In addition Mr. Perovic is also co-founder and President of 4C Inc, a high tech image/signal processing consulting company, specialized in providing algorithmic (mathematics, image decomposition, 2D signal processing in general) as well as complete software development, tools and support services to OEMs. Before joining Magna he was the founder, President and CTO of ASPRO Technologies, a privately hold Company, from 1992 until 2003. ASPRO (Advanced Signal PROcessing) over time became a successful and reputable technology company serving the digital smart video security and surveillance industry, and different vertical security markets – from CCTV to remote video surveillance over IP. ASPRO was sold in 2002, changed its name and is still active in the digital security industry.

From 1988 till 1992 Mr. Perovic was a Senior Manager at Northern Telecom (NORTEL) and IBM. From 1980 to 1988 Mr. Perovic was developing his career overseas, in former Yugoslavia (Belgrade, Serbia) and prior to immigrating to Canada became a Senior Director of a State run R&D Institute for Advanced Technologies.

Since September 2003 Mr. Perovic became a Technology Advisor and shareholder of USA Video Interactive Corp., responsible for the development and delivery of MediaSentinel and MediaEscort USVO products. Mr. Perovic has also been actively involved in creating strategic business development and business/technology roadmaps for USVO.


Mr. Ron Wages is a seasoned executive. He brings over 20 years of experience in successful, high tech sales, marketing, business development and general management. Ron spent the first 10 years of his career with Texas Instruments where he was the DSP Marketing Manager with Worldwide responsibility for marketing programs. He served as VP Marketing at Spectrum Signal Processing (SSPI-Nasdaq), VP Sales and Marketing at D2 Technologies, VP Business Development at Virata (VRTA-Nasdaq), VP Sales & Marketing of JDS Uniphase MEMS Business Unit (JDSU-Nasdaq) and CEO of Memscap Inc (MEMS-Euronext). He is the founder of Vagues Solid State Lighting where he served as CEO. He has a proven track record of managing high growth teams and building profitable businesses. He holds a BSEE from the University of Maryland College Park and a MBA from the University of Houston.

Independent Director

Mr. Maurice Loverso has been an independent director of USA Video (TSX-US) since May 2003 and QR Canada Capital Inc. (CDNX-QRI) since 1998. He has been the President of Pershare Capital Corp. since 1996, providing financial consultation services to small capital public and private companies. Furthermore, he was a director of Group Intercapital Inc. from 1996 until 2006, assisting a small cap venture capital firm with financial advice.
